Postage

UK

Postage within the UK is free of charge.

All items are posted by first class recorded delivery via Royal Mail, this allows you to track your package, and requires a signature on delivery.

Delivery normally takes 1-2 days, but please allow time for us to process your order as it may take 1-3 days depending on the item, as some designs are made to order.

Please get in touch if you require your item in hurry.


International

Postage outside of the UK is £10

international items are shipped using a tracked service via  Royal Mail .

Depending on your location, items can sometimes take up to 21 days to arrive (this is for Australia and the USA) However it is usually around 5 - 7 days.

We aim to post all items within 2-3 business days.

Packaging

All jewellery items are wrapped in tissue paper and posted in a large letter box, unless you buy multiple items in which case they will arrive in a small box.


Returns and Refunds

A request for a return can be made within 7 working days of receiving an order. Authorised returns must be received within 14 days to remain valid for a refund.

*Items must be returned un-worn and un-used.

*Earrings cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.


*Customers are responsible for the return postage costs and advised to return items via recorded delivery, as lost items cannot be refunded.

*Please contact me first before attempting to return an order. Any items  returned without contacting the shop first may be exempt from receiving a refund.
