UK

All UK orders are posted via Royal Mail.

Clothing is posted using 1st class recorded delivery.

Jewellery orders under £50 are usually sent 1st class standard delivery. Jewellery orders over £50 will be sent with tracking information.



INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

international clothing orders are shipped using a tracked and signed service via  Royal Mail . Jewllery orders under £50 will be posted using standard airmail, and jewellery orders over £50 will be sent with tracking information.

Depending on your location, items can sometimes take up to 21 days to arrive (this is for Australia and the USA) However it is usually around 5 - 7 days.

We aim to post all items within 2-3 business days.



RETURNS & REFUNDS

A request for a return can be made within 7 working days of receiving an order. Authorised returns must be received within 14 days to remain valid for a refund.

*Items must be returned un-worn and un-used.

*Earrings cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.


*Customers are responsible for the return postage costs and advised to return items via recorded delivery, as lost items cannot be refunded.


BESPOKE ORDERS


For made to order items of clothing, I can alter items to suit your requirements, i.e. lengthen a top or shorten a skirt or dress to suit. Please be considerate when ordering a bespoke item, as refunds will not be possible as the item will have been made to your measurements / requirements.
